Waterproof zipper makes 'dry as a bone' possible

Thanks to waterproof zipper, modern dry suit has great performances today.

Nowadays waterproof zippers are in wide application to diverse commodities because of its competence for isolation from liquid. One of the most admiring purposes should be for dry suit. Placed across shoulder's back of dry suit, waterproof zippers not only allow users to enter and exit, but keep them from wet effectively. Many people thought this cunning application is a modern invention. However, it is far elder than us.

Since 1956, Bev Morgan had been the first one who applied a waterproof zipper to dry suit, contributing the critical position of waterproof zipper today. After Bey Morgan, the inventors of unisuit, Ingvar Elfstrom and Peter Wide, even made good integration of waterproof zippers and inflator as well as exhaust values.

Even in today, waterproof zippers remain to be a crucial part of dry suit, effectively keeping users dry as they are in deep water.
